Printing is a routine operation in many people’s daily work, and the quality of printer output is not only related to the performance of the printer itself, but also related to the printing paper we choose daily. In order to control the purchase cost, many enterprises are always greedy for low prices. They can not only buy low-quality printing paper, but also problems such as damp paper, electrostatic reaction, and wet handwriting will come one after another, which will also arouse the irritation of staff. So how to buy satisfactory office paper?
We are professional thermal paper manufacturer in China.

1、Print paper thickness.
Ordinary copy paper can be distinguished by weight, including 70g, 80g, 90g and 100g. Usually, 70g office paper can meet most office printing needs. It is not recommended to purchase copy paper with weight less than 60g. Because these papers are thin, they are easy to wrinkle when used on the print output device, and the friction coefficient between the papers is also large, which is easy to cause multi page paper feeding and paper jam, which will seriously affect the life of the device.
The thinner the paper of the same weight is, the higher the processing level is, the higher the density is, and the better the moisture resistance, stiffness, smoothness, and copying effect are. The weight of a package of 70g A4 copy paper (standard 500 sheets) is 2.19kg; A package of 80g A4 copy paper (standard 500 sheets) weighs 2. 5 kg. If the weight is insufficient, it indicates that there is no problem with the weight or the number of sheets.

2、Neutral and acid should be distinguished.
From the production process of copy paper, it can be divided into acid paper and neutral paper. Neutral paper is 100% wood pulp. Because the wood pulp fiber is long and the binding force between the fibers is good, the fiber is not easy to fall off during friction with the equipment, that is, it is not easy to produce dust. It has a good protective effect on the machine and the operator, and it is free of corrosion. The paper is not easy to fade and can be stored for a long time. It does not carry static electricity and is harmless to human health.
As the acid sensitive copy paper is made of the mixed pulp of wood pulp and straw pulp, the straw pulp fiber is short and easy to produce dust. Acidic paper is corrosive, which makes the paper easy to change color and not easy to be stored for a long time. It is easy to produce acid gas at high temperature, which is harmful to human health.

3、The choice of white background.
The copy paper can be divided into two categories according to the color, namely, bleached paper and white paper. The bleached paper is whiter. It will be better when the text is printed, and increase the overall beauty. It is recommended to use it externally. If it is used at home or in the company, it is recommended to choose this white copy paper, which is conducive to protecting the eyes, because under the light, too white paper will reflect strong glare, causing dazzling long-term use and even affecting vision.

4、The paper is very hard.
Although the grams of some papers are appropriate, they are not necessarily suitable for use by the copier. The reason for this is that weight and stiffness are two different things, and often due to poor stiffness, they will wrinkle and block when encountering resistance in the transmission process.

5、Surface luminosity.
Generally, it is static, and the surface luminosity is slightly higher. If it is too smooth, it is bad for fixing, and it is not easy to cure. Single offset paper can be used as required (single side copy). If there is a two-sided copy machine, double offset paper is better. The surface of the copy paper should be white.
